Fees

We offer a free 15-minute consultation about couples or individual therapy to see if we would be a good fit. 

 

Our fees range between is $160 and $240 for 50 minutes of individual psychotherapy and $185 and $300 for 50 minutes of couples therapy, 90 minutes of EMDR is $300.

 

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full fee.

 

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not accept insurance. Contact your insurance company to ask about their out-of-network benefits as they may reimburse you for some percentage of this cost. 

 

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” after our first visit. This document explains how much your mental health care will cost.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
